Prudence’s story.... 10 years ago, I was very frustrated with my life – I was working in a MNC company that provided me an extremely good salary package but at the same time, the workload came with a whole lot of stress, health issues & unnecessary emotional struggles.

I always remember this work-related incident even though it happened so many year ago- I had to rush a report for the company’s headquarter in the States and by the time the work had been submitted, it was already two in the morning. I then got home to hold my daughter and I can tell you that as a parent, having your baby daughter turn away from you and refuse to be held is a pretty crushing experience.

So I asked myself – “Do I want to continue to live my life like this?” NO. Definitely no.

Life went on until one day in the month of November in the year 2002, I came across a real estate seminar that really opened my eyes to a big opportunity that was actually just dangling right in front of my nose this whole time.

WOW! I can actually have the life I want just by investing in properties!

After attending the seminar, I then began hunting for properties and as any of you newbies can imagine, this is not an easy task to do! Sadly, even though I knew what had to be done, it was still challenging due to lack of guidance from a real estate mentor.

With the determination to really, truly get out from rat race, and of course while going through a lot of trials & errors, I finally managed to secure a portfolio of 20 properties with positive cash flow in less than a year! At that time, I did not quit my job and I only did this during weekend, which is during Saturday and Sunday. I continued my so-called, part time investing life for another one and a half years before I finally quit my job in 2005.

Since then, together with my business partners, we have founded a group of investment holding companies which now comprises of 4 investment holding companies, 1 management company & 1 development Company known as www.casbgroup.com

During these first 5 years, I have come up with a system to craft my investing roadmap / milestone, to identify & research the “ideal” money making properties, to manage as well as add value to the properties. Because of this system, I can now allow myself more time to look for more properties, create more businesses, spend more time to be with my loved ones & to travel for pleasure.

As you may already know, investing in real estate involves a whole series of steps, from identifying the area, to researching, negotiating, closing deals, studying the legal terms with the lawyers, getting the best rates from the bankers, handling over the real estate, managing tenants & properties and the list goes on pretty far.

Yes, you may say that …”OMG, it’s so complicated & I don’t think I can do that…”

The good news is, through my experiences in handling more than 50 real estate transactions, I learn & I believe that when all these have been done properly & in a systematic way, I can achieve the result I want in a more efficient way. That’s one of the inspirations behind the creation of SIMVES and I have since then decided to share with and help people who are inspiring to be financially free via properties investment.

After I left my full-time job, I embarked into practising my passion at all hours of the day, and that is to become a full time real estate investor. On average, I work less than 5 hours a day & spend more time with my children & my family doing the things that I like.

Yes, I really am free! A lot of times, I am being asked by a lot of people & my friends, “Can you teach me how you do that?”

Well, I always encourage my friends to attend renowned guru’s seminars & then put what you have learned into the action. Oddly enough, there are still a lot of people I know who have attended plenty of seminars but have yet to initiate any plan to buy properties up till this very moment. According to them, they do not know where & how to begin.

Hence, the reason why I have created SIMVES.

SIMVES is derived from a combination of two words, “SIMPLE” & “INVESTING”. It is very different from the normal software or system which you can find in the market.
